Notary Fees & Appointment Process

Millennial Business Solutions LLC follows Texas state-regulated notary fees and provides transparent pricing for mobile services.

Notary Fees (Texas Standard)

  • Acknowledgment or Jurat: As permitted by Texas law (per notarized signature)

  • Travel Fee: $15.00 (up to 20 miles)

Additional travel beyond 20 miles may require a custom quote.

What to Bring to Your Appointment

All signers must provide:

  • A valid, government-issued photo ID

  • Documents ready for notarization (unsigned)

  • All required signers present at the time of notarization

APPOINTMENT PROCESS

Numbered list:

  1. Schedule your mobile notary appointment

  2. Confirm date, time, and location

  3. Prepare documents and valid ID

  4. Documents notarized on-site

  5. Payment collected at appointment or in advance

IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES

  • Notary cannot advise on document content

  • Documents must be complete and unsigned prior to notarization

  • Notary may refuse service if identification or requirements are not met

MOBILE NOTARY POLICIES

Millennial Business Solutions LLC

These policies govern all Mobile Notary services provided by Millennial Business Solutions LLC. By scheduling a notary appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Identification Requirements

All signers must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID at the time of notarization. Acceptable forms include:

  • State Driver’s License

  • State ID Card

  • U.S. Passport

  • Military ID

 Documents will NOT be notarized without proper identification.

2. Document Readiness

  • Documents must be complete and unsigned prior to the notary appointment.

  • All signers must be physically present at the time of notarization.

  • The notary cannot advise on document content or legality.

 

3. Notary Scope of Services

Millennial Business Solutions LLC provides notarial acts only, including acknowledgments, jurats, oaths, and affirmations.

We do not:

  • Provide legal advice

  • Draft legal documents (unless separately contracted for administrative services)

  • Interpret document meaning

  • Choose which notarization is required

 

4. Fees & Payment Policy

  • Notary fees are charged in accordance with Texas state law

  • Mobile Travel Fee: $15.00 (up to 20 miles)

  • Travel fee is separate from notary fees

  • Payment is due at the time of service or in advance.

 

5. Travel & Location Policy

  • Mobile notary service available within 20 miles

  • Additional mileage may require a custom quote

  • Client must ensure a safe, accessible meeting location

 

6. Refusal of Service

The notary reserves the right to refuse service if:

Proper identification is not provided

  • Signer appears unwilling, coerced, or not mentally aware

  • Documents are incomplete or altered

  • Texas notary law requirements are not met

 

7. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Appointments canceled less than 2 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a fee

  • No-shows may forfeit the travel fee

 

8. Confidentiality

  • All client documents and personal information are handled with strict confidentiality.

 

9. Legal Disclaimer

  • Millennial Business Solutions LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Notary services are administrative in nature and governed by Texas law.
